Our Schedule

When you make a commitment to fitness and wellness, you still want to find the right time to train. We’re all living busy lives, and in this regard, fitness is all about flexibility.

As such, it’s only normal to seek out a fitness studio that offers a wide variety of training programs and options throughout the day, from early in the morning, throughout the day, until early evening.

If you are looking for such a studio, you will be glad to know that we aim to plan out our group training and personal sessions to meet every trainee’s needs.

Six days a week, we’re available from 7 AM to 8 PM on workdays, Monday through Friday, and from 9 AM until 1 PM on Saturdays.

We understand that fitness is also a time-sensitive commitment. That’s why you can count on us to create a training regimen you can easily stick to without having to change your personal schedule entirely.
